  1. In the event that you have not been able to install FlyBox please read our trouble shooting list below.

  6. If the FlyBox install didn't initiate when you put in your cd
  7. ----------------------------------------------------------
  8. Likely Cause : The autorun facility on your CD has been disabled.
  9.  
  10. Action:-
  11. Open Windows Explorer
  12. View the files on your FlyBox cd
  13. Double-click on Startup.exe
  14. Follow the on-screen instructions

  19. You get the error message "A required .DLL file MSVBVM60.DLL was not found"
  20. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
  21. Likely cause: A specific file needed to run the startup programme does .
  22.  
  23. Action:-
  24. You will have to manually run the set-up for the first run and that requires running 2 seperate programmes.
  25.  
  26. Open Windows Explorer
  27. View the files on your FlyBox cd
  28. Navigate to the directory "Setup"
  29. Double-click on the file dao36.exe and follow the on-screen instructions
  30. After the DAO36 install double-click on setup.exe
  31. FlyBox should open automatically on completion of the installation.
